President of Art for Business, a non profit association, that started in 2009 to promote the contribution of arts and culture for the development of people in organizations; co-founder of Trivioquadrivio, cultural consulting firm for the organizations.

From 2007 she is professor of “Art e Business” at Cattolica University of Milan and director of “Arts & Cultural skills for management” at Luiss Business School of Rome. In 2005 she started a new area of research dedicated to art-based learning, promoting profitable relationships between Arts and organizations.
