Piazza Nenni can be reached via two entrances, either from Via Pistocchi or from Piazza del Popolo.
The former Piazza Molinella, which was named after Pietro Nenni, a politician from Faenza, at the end of the 1980s, has recently been renovated, thus restoring the original appearance to the buildings and the square itself. It has also been cobbled with river stones, which were definitely present in the 18th century.
When you enter the square you will notice, on your left, the neoclassical façade of Teatro Masini (Masini Theatre), built between 1780 and 1787, which is an example of the Italian-style theatre and one of the most representative examples of neoclassical architecture in Italy.
