From 1981 until 1983 he studied Architecture at Venice University; in 1989 she took a degree in Business Administration and her graduate thesis was focused on the organisation, planning and management control.

He held courses and conferences on the management of no profit organisations in the field of cultural heritage. In 1991 she founded Viafarini association, that since then she presides and directs. In 2008, together with Mario Gorni and Careof association, she founded DOCVA Documentation Center for Visual Arts, located at Fabbrica del Vapore in Milan.
