For the opening of OPERE/works Michelangelo Pistoletto and Gianna Nannini are working together again with a new special project in cooperation with RAM – radioartemobile.
The event will take place on Friday 21 May 2010, at the opening of the third edition OPERE/works (from 21 to 23 May 2010). The festival of Contemporary art, in cooperation with RAM – radioartemobile presents the Third Paradise – Il Terzo Paradiso in Faenza, adding a special new leg to the cooperation between Michelangelo Pistoletto and Gianna Nannini.
A special project among visual arts, music and performance, with Achille Bonito Oliva, Michelangelo Pistoletto and an audio installation by Gianna Nannini.
Through the words of art and thanks to an extraordinary performance event the public will be guided through the basic concept of the Third Paradise. Its keywords are the revolutionary messages of responsibility, change and community which are reflected in the art of Michelangelo Pistoletto and in Gianna Nannini’s voice.
The project has been created in cooperation with RAM radioartemobile, the contemporary art platform created by Mario Pieroni and Dora Stiefelmeier in 2001, dedicated to sound research and ehibitions activity for the creation of an international network.
RAM creates exhibitions and art projects in collaboration with public and private spaces around the world, putting visual and sound art together. This is context for the Third Paradise by Michelangelo Pistoletto and Gianna Nannini.
