She has been the Chief of Learning Center and Central Director of Communication of CRT Bank and later on, of UniCredit Private Banking.
In 2004 she created - and leaded until 2009 - UniCredit & Art, the strategic integration of cultural investments of UniCredit Group. Since then, UniCredit & Art promotes cultural development encouraging young creative talents. Today, she is a member of many Scientific Committee and cooperates with italian Universities on exploring the relationship between art and organizations. She contributes to rewiews as Il Giornale dell’Arte (italian edition of The Art Newspaper).
From January 2010, she keeps on working as an independent cultural manager improving her research on culture as a strategic resource for social development.
She founded SusaCulture project; she is a board member of Art for business; she is advisor of UniManagement – UniCredit Group for the leadership development through the arts.
